I need a "contact form". It's a "secure online booking system", but it just works as a contact form (name, e-mail, etc.), under an SSL certificate and sends the information to an e-mail address. I'm very organized to work, so I have a wireframe (mock-up), the SSL, the server... all you have to do is take that wireframe, make the form, install it, and charge.
