Php conditional to show firefox to IE users

    Hello,

    I'm currently running a forum and need some assistance.

    I'm interested in showing Google's "Get Firefox..." adverts to my members whom are still using or use Internet Explorer.

    Can someone write out the correct code in conditional for vbulletin?
