Yes, you will find hundreds of PHP related projects at freelancing sites.

Pay for PHP related jobs is really good.

You need a team of programmers who are knowledgeable on PHP and MySQL, deploy scripts and handle server issues while testing.

Are you in a country where you can find cheap coders? If you have a good team which is cheap you can make a bundle. I wouldn't go for projects on freelance sites though; I would find clients who want to hire teams for longer times, like clients who hire 5 guys for a 1 year period etc. They are a bit more difficult to find, but once you have a few of them, the sky is the limit.
