I would like to know like a ball park figure,how much would it cost me to get someone to create a video niche site for me and teach me php and to maintain the website if that's possible.I've tried php.net and to be honest my brain is just not processing all this information lol.I want to create a video niche site as soon as possible but I know I need to learn php.so how much would that whole package cost me for a 1 on 1 tutorial plus creating the site ?
