Buying PHP Coder to parse XML feed

    I need an xml coder to write me a page that reads a single XML feed and:

    Parses out a category list from the whole feed (each item in the xml has categories)

    Put it into a pre-defined format based on an existing website structure.

    So..parse feed, build category list, print out a left menu from it, and display the items from that category in a loop based on the html structure I provide.

    If it's the main page...print out 10 random items (along with the full menu).

    Should be pretty straight forward.
