Buying PHP coder - Small job initially - Budget $$-$$$

    I have been recently let down by a coder.

    I have a very well specified php coding job which is primarily finishing off a project using Codeigniter with a MySQL backend. (If you haven't used/seen Codeigniter it is very similar to Smarty but slimmer).

    I have been assured that this will take about 10 hours max.

    I have a specification document available.

    The project involves providing a search facility on 2 or 3 of the fields.

    A backend facility to post to the database. This will include simple image control.

    I have no problem if opensource code is reused/recoded. I just want the job done.

    Please don't apply if you can't do the work by the weekend.

    This job could easily be seen as the start of a longer term relationship (I have plenty of work and I certainly won't be using the coder we've been using so far).

    You have to be reliable and be able to work to a deadline and budget.

    This should be a quick and easy job for someone with a bit of experience.

    CI is a php framework, while Smarty is php templating library.
    How can they be similar?
    I have experience working in CI and CakePHP and Smarty too.

    Just a quick clarification:

    I am not interested in paying 50% up front for anyone with no iTrader.

    This task should only take around 10 hours.

    Most of the work is complete.

    We are already using codeigniter and we don't need the whole project re-coded in Joomla.

    hmm.... could you explain a little bit more what has to be done? or just give us an URL where this form is, so what it's easier to understand what has to be done.
