If you can't figure out how much you want to charge, this job is not for you.here is no "budget" Payment is via PAYPAL after I see the working demo (your server or mine) this will only take you less than ONE DAY to complete, as its a simple job...if you are a real coder, you already have the base for this in place (simple registration/login script) FIRST JOB: REQUIREMENTS: PHP5, MYSQL5, HTML, emails based on database, cron jobs DESCRIPTION ======== -Member site with typical registration/login system Members get to select newsletter(s) to join 2 additional fields besides the normal are needed (telephone as an entry field, and company as a dropdown field) -ADMIN- backend that allows owner to: create/edit/delete newsletters Select Name & quantity of messages for each newsletter populate newsletters messages -Newsletter database- newsletter ID, friendlyname, message 1, message 2, message 3, etc etc Sample data 02, health, drink water, eat fruit, go for a walk -Member function= each DAY, the site will randomly pick a message from the selected newsletter to send at a random time during the 24 hour period to all subscribers. (cron job) sequentially go through all messages for that newsletter so that all messages are sent within 24 hours. In other words, multiple messages sent at random intervals throughout a 24 hour period. Function EXAMPLE, you sign up as user ABC, and select motivational newsletter. The admin has already put in the messages "have a nice day", "go for it" and "be nice to people" At 1pm you get "have a nice day" by email At 3:32pm you get "be nice to people" At 1:32am you get "go for it" This will be done on a cpanel dedicated server. to avoid any confusion (and people trying to take advantage) we already know that you can use ANY portal you want to handle the basic login..again, if you have experience, you already have one you use or created...open source is ok as the base. The only thing you have to do is the database/cron work. This job will take an advanced coder 2-3 hours and a Beginner 8 if he is looking at PHP for dummies all the way through the process. we expect to pay between $50-$200 for this (USD)...don't think we are naive and will pay 1000s for this.
