PHP coder needed

    I dont know ifit is a right place.

    I need a module for PHPLEmon.com ADQUICK
    A module must be.
    Admin can add HTML javascript code for any banner size by choicing if it will be paid cpm or cpc.
    The banner will load when there are no advertisers.

    Will pay 30USD for this..
