PHP coder needed

I need a php coder, and if you know java that is a help.

I have a script i need modifying

its kinda of a mock ajax call, just a div to display loading until the item is finished loading from an external location (the loading div must display an image)

there are multiple occasions on the page where I would need this div implementing.
