PHP coder needed to do a script - can pay US$500 or negotiable

I have a mysql database for example.
tablehotel - columns: id, hotelname, etc
tableroom - columns: id, hotel_ID(same id from tablehotel), roomname, etc

now i have another table as follows
tablerates - columns: hotel_ID, room_ID, date, rate

I want someone to write me php mysql code, where when someone select arrival date, departure date, and room type it would calculate sums of all between arrival date and departure date, and with few other functions i require.
