    Need a designer to redesign sites on ongoing basis. Pay per project depending on work involved. Here's a recent one :

    www.mitzvahzone.com. The original site was created based on a template graphic that I sliced up to form the current HTML page. I'm looking for a new template. I'd like to keep the current flow (Event on Top, Menu bar on top, content below menu bar) but with a trendier and sleeker design.

    Let me know your rates, previous projects, and experience if you can handle.
