Buying PHP Coder for text over image generator site

    I would like to hire a php coder for a simple job. I need to be able to generate text over a series of images. The images are of people holding signs and I would like to be able to generate text on those blank signs. The site is already designed and I have psd's. What you would need to do is slice psd's/code.
