    Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla, PHP-Fusion. There's a lot out there, take your pick.

    For absolute simplicity, you'd probably want to use something like Wordpress.

    From personal experience, if you just want simple, I would recommend that you use Wordpress. When I first looked into using a CMS system, I tried Drupal and Joomla too, but I found them more complex at the time.

    Wordpress is great for blogs and very simple sites. If you need to do anything else, use Drupal.
