PHP Checkout needs converting from Paypal Sandbox to Live

I need to get my checkout up and running live today ideally. It is currently in sandbox mode and needs to be made live. If anyone can help me, please let me know how much you would charge and how fast you think it can get done.

Basically, my programmer/friend completed creating the paypal checkout, but forgot to put it from sandbox mode back into live mode before going on holiday recently. I'm not a programmer myself so I need some help to make this thing use real paypal instead of sandbox paypal. There are also a lot of .php backup files that I don't know if are in use or not, so these need cleaning up (erasing). I wouldn't like to attempt this myself, not knowing what is what.

Apologies if this is in the wrong topic- I thought the payment processing topic was more relevant, but now thinking php is as its mostly all done in php.

If anyone is interested in the job let me know and I will provide the website address in a private message.

    Thanks

Right. I just hired a programmer for this job, he didn't have english grammer, didn't make any sense, and when it came to delivering, he emailed me "its working now". I check it and it doesn't work, and then he says "I'm tired I'm going to bed" and just disappears.

I want to know what the world does to get programmers. Surely this can't be right. How can companies survive with programmers behaving like this?

I have an automated checkout paypal system and the automated email function isn't working. The automated email sends login details to the buyer after paypal payment, to log into our website.

We just need this thing to be up and running, yesterday. Are there any reputable firms or professionals at all out there that can just take the already coded system, and just fix it? It was working in sandbox mode, but having put it live, it no longer works.

It's small and simple to fix, so if anyone can please help, anyone reliable who isn't going to disappear off to bed or anything like that, we need someone who can guarantee this automated email function will be up and running today.

    Thanks

This is getting desperate now. I will consider paying what ever is necessary to get this thing fixed today. Is there no one out there? Perhaps everyone is away on a sunday.

Right, I'm offering $50 for this if done today.

As mentioned, the code is already there, its just a case of uncommenting the right part (I'm not a programmer so can't do this myself) - my programming friend has just told me it would take him 5 minutes to do, but he is away for the next 2 weeks. For someone who knows what they're doing, it shouldn't take that long, but I need this done today.

If you would like to see the code before accepting, please email me and I'll give you the link.

Right, we're now offering $80. I'm starting to wonder if anyone is actually reading this. That is our final offer. This is urgent. We can't seem to post in the job selling section for some reason.
