PHP book to move to next level of knowledge

I am looking for a book that will help me out to become more professional in scripting php websites. I have worked through Beginning PHP4 by Wrox, and it was a good book to start out with. My method of learning was to try out the examples in the book, make mistakes, fix the mistakes and keep trying till it worked. I built a php-mysql driven website a few years ago and it has not broken and is easy to maintain. But I question whether the code is written in a professional way and if there are better practices, maybe more secure methods of coding. By now the original book I started with is pretty old.

So I need to improve my php skills and would like to move to a more professional level of knowledge. For one thing, I will hang out here and try to learn from the posts. The other thing I need is the next level book to work through. Does anyone have any suggestions for an intermediate level book or series of books that can take me toward a more professional level of coding?

Specifically, I need to understand functions, arrays, classes and regex better. I need to work through a lot of php functions to know what they do. I need some exposure to the best ways of getting certain things done.

I have looked for classes at universities around here but I don't think this is something that they teach in college. It looks like a good book and the web are the way to learn. Any advice on how to learn to reach a professional level is appreciated.

    tnx

    Thanks!

I was able to download a couple of good books but missed out on Wrox Press. - Professional PHP Programming. Anybody get that download and would be willing to pass it on?

Wrox press puts out some really good stuff. A friend of mine has LOTS of ebooks on programming. I'll check to see if he has one. If I find it, I'll PM you.
