PHP Blog Scripting

    I want to create a blog script using PHP and MySql. I know that there are many other ready made blog scripts available, but I intent to create it myself for educational purpose. So if any body guide me to such website which has useful tips related to my query.

    Download WordPress and go through their code. Take a look at their database structure it's really good. Build your's accordingly. You may not need all the fields they have though.
