Hi, I think this is the right place to post a question. I have a sales/marketing site advertising a program at http://www.fasttrackforex.com As you can see, there is a DHTML popup set to come in after about 7 seconds. I also have installed an exit script to collect customer feedback - this is activated whenever trying to leave the site... The problem is that when you click to submit the autoresponder email, the php script is activated and makes the sign up process confusing for the user. Are there ways that are relatively simple to make it so that the php script is not activated when submitting the autoresponder? Thanks, Sam
Hi Thank you for the response. I enclose the dhtml popup Javascript below including the autoresponder from http://www.fasttrackforex.com in a zip file I enclose as an attachment the zip file of the php script that runs the exit script for feedback The only thing is that I know the dhtml popup script is encoded at some point because the author wants to protect the way it works. Hope you can help with this technical issue. Just to briefly recap: I have 2 scripts running: 1) A dhtml popup 2) An exit feedback popup The issue is that when anyone clicks the "submit" button on the autoresponder used in the dhtml popup it automatically triggers the exit feedback script. I want to find a way around this. Thanks once again for the generous offer of help. Sam Beatson, MSc
