PHP Auto Scroller with Speed Controlls....

Hi

Does anyone know where I can get hold of a scroller like the one found here:

I need it to go as slow as the one on ultimate-guitar and have speed controls that the user can control.

Any ideas? Or can this be made pretty easily?

This cannot be done with PHP. It's done with Javascript...
