    I'm looking for a php programmer to create an API of my php script to integrate its service to other web applications. Its basically a twitter app that I've which is in php.

    You want to 'edit' the APi? Or create a new one competely? or make it on top of Twitter api?
    You do know about creative commons and legal things?
