PHP any international certification?

    I wanna learn PHP / CSS.. is there any certification issued / recognized internationally.. ?

    and ya.. where do i learn php from scratch.. any good suggestions for a book?

    you can try to learn from video tutorials such as lynda.

    firstly I watched the tutorials, and then learn by articles (how to), forums etc.
