Hello, I am trying to find a decent and feature rich (openSource) php based fitness training system. Something that allows you to list things like diet, weight lifting, running, and other things along with sets, reps, weights, etc., so that performance/progress can be tracked. I cannot seem to find anything at sourceforge other than the usual "its in planning" links. Anyone.. Time wise, I'd rather not re-invent the wheel if there is something out there that already does this. Basically something I can build on is what I am looking for. Thanx.
Why don't you try coding yourself? Open source is ussually for general purposes other than specific one like yours?
