PHP and CSS programmer needed

    I need a php and css programmer, that needs to put a design together. The design is a new theme for cms. Please respond, only if you are good with php and css. I will show you the 2 templates that needs to be done.

    I'm great with php and css. Do you just need two templates sliced and coded? Or do you also need php work done on the templates?
