I need a script coded and am looking for quotes. The idea user uploads image user inputs text onto the image (user must have the options to add extra lines) user can move this text around the image (java or ajax) user can change the color of the text once user is happy we save the image to mysql or atleast the name of the image is saved to mysql and the image uploaded to a folder and we are supplied with links code such as bbcode or html code etc I am not concerned about design can be a blank white page for all I care as I will be implementing it into a design myself. Please provide timing and price.
