PHP 5 + MYSQL 5 - Poll system for a news portal, OOP

    Hi

    I need a poll system coded, it should be coded with OOP and PHP 5.

    A few features is required.

    1. Create new polls, 1 question and up to 10 alternatives.
    2. All IPs should be saved until next poll goes in.
    3. A simple admin page needs to be created, create poll/edit poll etc

    This system needs to be created from scratch, no code stealing from somewhere else.
