Buying Photshop script for CS3

I am after a photoshop CS3 script that will do the following:

1. Starting with a 950 x 294 pixel image.
2. I want it to change the canvas size to 950 x 205 (selecting the right cropping direction button so you are losing the bottom 89 pixels of the image, not the top.)
3. Then save this image as sh01-bg1.jpg.
4. Then it returns to the 950 x 294 image (original size).
5. Then it should change the canvas size again to 950 x 89 (selecting the bottom cropping direction button so you are losing the top pixels of the image, not the bottom.)
6. Then change the canvas size back to 220 x 89 (selecting the left cropping direction button so you are losing the right pixels of the image, not the left.)
7. Then save this image as sh01-bg2-wide.jpg
8. Then it should change the canvas size again to 175 x 89 (selecting the left cropping direction button so you are losing the right pixels of the image, not the left.)
9. Then it saves this image as sh01-bg2-narrow.jpg.
10. It then should create a file mask on sh01-bg2-narrow.jpg and gradient the bottom 9 pixels and save.
11. It then should create a file mask on sh01-bg2-wide.jpg and gradient the bottom 9 pixels and save.
12 If any of these files already exist, it should save as sh02-bg1.jpg etc.

I assumed that this would be where we could find a coder.

Would this not be the best place to find someone that codes photoshop scripts?
