It's also too plain for me. Try some colors. The picture is nice though.

 

Nice dog, but the header is too empty, lot of white space. Maybe you can use gradient in the header. Your menu links on the right are smaller than the ads I see on the left.

Add an affiliate program for photoshop ? (Amazon)

honestly, your logo needs to be revamped. If expect to give a good first impression of your site you header needs work. It's a bit plain.

 

I really like the idea of a photoshop tutorial site. I have already saved it in my favorites because I intend on getting a photoshop program once I get my new computer.

There is a little too much white in the middle of the page. I would like to see more color myself. The puppy is a great touch but much like it has been said, for a photoshop tutorial site, I would expect more cool logos and such. I think if you could add a little more color to the site and a few more unique pictures and designs, it would be a really nice site. Of course more articles will be good, but that will come with time. Hope this helps!

 

I think the header is larger than requied and the pattern photo background is so 1995.

 

cool site. i wish this was around when i was learning photoshop like 10 years ago. you should put the adsense ad on the right hand side as a sky banner, should up your revenue more than the footer.

you know i am trying to make it better but to be honest with you i dont know much about photoshop at all. im learning with every tutorial i read though so i should be able to make it better soon. Thanks for the input.

was photoshop around 10 years ago? wasnt that mspaint or something?
i really wish i could have just stuck to one thing and focused on it like photoshop. When i wanted my own website 3 years ago because i was tired of being mistreated by nazi mods it forced me to become mediocre in several different areas. phpbb coding, after a year of that finally went to vb, i am finally learning how to make my own images and graphics now and holy crap am i happy about it. you have no idea how many people i have dealt with and said i want it a blue color like this with that kinda edges and add depth to it and after like 3 attempts i will usually be like okay im happy with it. but in the back of my mind it was never what i had originally hoped for. But its like most people when you pay them for that kinda work, (and it doesnt matter how much you pay) they are always in a hurry, you are irritating to them, and each time you ask for a refinement you can feel the resentment. If your good at photoshop i may have a great idea for you if you do it for others.
A standard way of getting information to make graphics for people.

like a form to fill out would make it so much better. something that would cover the main aspects and the customer could then fill in the details.
Instead of going back and forth, a little more blue, a little less blue, a little bigger, there should be charts where you say i want this number color and this number size and this font. maybe there is already some place like this but i certainly have never had the pleasure of finding it. thanks, illya
