Don't forget pixel2life.com! That is the best way to do it, submit tutorials to those sites and stuff, push for creativeness, you could get featured for a week and bring in at least 10,000 uniques :x! Make sure you have adsense on each page!
I agree with the both of you. Submiting to multiple tutorial search engines will increase your traffic by far. Also, a trick on P2L and Good-tutorials is to have a good tutorial icon to impress others so they click it. It's helped me a lot as well.

I also started a photoshop blog about 1 month ago and I am submitting my tutorials to 6-8 tutorial indexing sites. The BEST so far are Good-Tutorials, Pixel2Life and Tutorialized. I wrote an article about all the 8 indexing sites on my blog. Check it out if u want. http://photoshopxtremetutorials.blogspot.com/2007/11/8-tutorial-indexing-sites-that-i-visit.html Edit: I have 1 tutorial accepted / week and that generates around 600-700 uniques/day the first day, 300-400 the second day and mysteriously 500 the third day. The truth is that the tutorial doesn't appear at the same time on all the sites but I guess that is an advantage because you get the article to bring traffic more days. After around 5 days, you will get around 20 uniques/day from goodtuts/pixel2life/pslover but those visitors will spend more time and read more articles from your site. So after 7 days, you will get only quality traffic (Targeted or what was that one called? ).
