You can join some photoshop forums and too can go for the local photoshop tutorials,and you should practice a lot.
Theres also http://psdvibe.com/ and http://pshero.com/ it depends what for, from web layouts to logo design or something else? Theres an insane amount of tuts for photoshop out there.
You shoud try Google and search for "photoshop tutorials". The best sites will appear there on the first page. If your looking for free resources, try searching for something like "free brushes", "free fonts", "free vectors"
U can keyword "Photoshop Tutorials " in google.com...after you see photoshop tutorial ...1000+ site seen there..
This is exactly what I am doing. Google will never let us down when it comes to that. Youtube.com can also provide us a lot of video tutorials as well.
