Photoshop tutorials website: $100/month income, 1.5 mo. old

One of my Photoshop tutorials websites is for sale right now. This one is ~1.5 months old. It's made me $100 in March and it averages $3-4/day.

The website is Wordpress-powered (2.0.1 version), so it has SE-friendly URLs, admin panel to add new tutorials, etc.

There're 9 (8 currently, I'm working on 9th right now) tutorials on this website. They're all exclusive. Some of tutorials made by me, but I prefer to purchase them from the writers.

I will add 3 more exlusive tutorials (If the price is higher than $750), so the buyer could update it for some time.

The PageRank is 0 yet, but it will be better soon. Website is listed in Google (gets some traffic) and almost no pages are in the Supplemental results.
