I need them to create high quality tutorials like the ones shown on 10steps.sg, photoshoptutorials.ws that include clear instructions, screenshots, and a psd file containing the completed project. A strong grasp of the English language is a must in order to complete this project. Also, the tutorials must not include any copyrighted text, images, or concepts.
