photoshop tutorial website

    hi,
    If I open a photoshop tutorial website can if get any problems if

    I have a tutorial of an header on my website and someone use it on a template and then sell the template ?

    the guy that will buy the template can he do something ?


    Also I should't get any problems with a photoshop tutorial website right ?

    No, you can't get into any legal trouble as long as you don't copy someone else's work. If it worries you, you might want to put a disclamer near the footer letting your users know that they can't use the material provided for any commercial use.
