Photoshop tutorial site – Established 2005

I am selling a photoshop tutorial site. It has no pr (was pr3 but I haven't done anything with it for years) and minimal traffic but was started 2005 and I am sure I will not need to explain the value of an aged domain.

I bought this site in 2005 when it received a fair bit of traffic and earned 150$ month. As soon as I bought it I realised that this really wasn't my niche and it has therefore just stood there since then. I removed Adsense from it about a month or so ago. Before that it made very little. About 2$ month. This shouldn’t be hard to increase if it is given some tlc. The reason I am selling it now is that I have realised that I never will do anything with it and I am trying to clean my server of sites that needs better owners.

The tutorials are made for this site. There is a total of 18 tutorials on this site. Most photoshop soma php. The site can be worth buying for someone simply looking for more content for their existing tutorial site.

The site is running a (according to who I bought it from) unique/custom php script The buyer is free to do whatever he wants with it. The script does not use mysql, only php.

I have lost the password to the admin section but I think that it shouldn't be to hard to find somewhere in the files for someone who knows php.

Even though this site has some traffic and earns some revenue (next to nothing) it should be considered without traffic/revenue and is priced as such. will not provide revenue/stat screenshots or additional data.
