Photoshop to Wordpress

Please tell me how can I convert Photoshop mockups into Wordpress.

If you mean how do you create a WordPress theme from a photoshop mock up? There is no easy way, you have to code and design the theme based on the mock up. From scratch.

No I don't mean only a backgound image...I mean creating a wordpress site when having all the pages mockups in Photoshop.
