Photoshop problem ... fonts are all uppercase

Does anyone know what would cause all of the fonts to be uppercase in Photoshop?

I am unable to get lowercase for any font when using Photoshop CS or Photoshop Elements.

My guess is that there's a common file and therefore a common error but that's about as much as I know.

Any help much appreciated!

Try this.........click pallets and then....

 

Tops - lol! First thing I thought of ... well, after I'd deleted a few programs.

Rob - You're a genius! That was the problem! I must've turned it on when I was updating a template.

try playing with the font options in the settings.
