I personally like (and always use) Fireworks! It's so user friendly, and more comfortable to use than Photoshop (imho )
i thought Fireworks was used by very few people and most of them used Photoshop... i guess i was wrong.... FIREWORKS RULES...
Hehe. I thought the same too! I also like that in Fireworks you can save the works as layered .psd, so that it can be opened and edited in Photoshop. I dunno what would be the future of Fireworks after Adobe bought Macromedia though
I guess I am the only one who uses Adobe Illustrator..? It is one of, it not the most, powerful vector programs out there. It does take some getting used to, but I guess I am used to it with doing graphic design for the past few years.
i think photoshop is more widely used vs. fireworks. with that said it seems to be more people know are more familare with ps than fireworks and then choose to use photoshop when they purchase the macromedia suite or adobe now.
