    Two simplest ways for finding tutorials on any subject : Google & YouTube
    You just have to look around a little for the desired tutorial,For Photoshop you will find tons of tuts on YouTube for starters

    psd.tutsplus.com is great place for photoshop tutorials. more advanced, but realy great ;) i've learned a lot from their tuts.
    good-tutorials.com is another good place for ps tutorials.
    Just google it and you will find great amount of other sites offering very quality lessons and tuts for free. YouTube is full of video tuts on every subject and software you can imagine :) You have to try it for yourself to find out what is good and what is not.
