Selling Photoshop/Graphic Design Niche Site for Sale

I am selling my Photoshop/Graphic design niche website
This site just started not long ago, and have about 20~30 Photoshop tutorials, including some designing tutorials. I usually post a new tutorial every day.
All the contents are unique or by someone else

I have created a lot of articles submission to some articles directories, web 2.0, and social bookmarking sites.
Revenue cannot be proven because I just started insert google ads into the website.

The site currently have about 80+100 unique visitors per day, if you keep doing the backlink strategy, it will let this website to get more visitors for sure.
I am selling this website because I have no more time to run it. You can also use this website for tutoring anything you want.

How about a $100? you're not getting much traffic to generate revenue.

 

Hello, thank you for your interested. As you can see, the site just started about 2 months ago. I have been doing offpage seo every other day and post a tutorial every day. I am sure if you keep working on the site, you will generate a lot more traffic than what I have now.
