Photoshop/Flash Tutorial Site

Are there any good tutorial sites for Photoshop and Flash... not just the normal tutorial site that has a bunch of user submitted tricks for it. An actual step-by-step process for learning? Oh, and free? Everything out there has just a bunch of tricks on making cool text or how to make an iPod. I want to learn as much as I can before I start going into that so I can feel like an expert! If anyone knows of a good site please share.

Only 1 tutorial? It's not very helpful resource for Photoshopers.

 

I have one for you. It's not quite a step by step written content format but it's shown in video. Sometimes visual is better

I would also use Pixel2Life.com as there is a whole section full of beginner Tutorials for you to learn from !

 

The video tutorials site is very useful. Starting to learn immediately.
