Buying Photoshop expert to create exact copy of logo image

    I have a blury video clip from which i have extracted the logo and text of a banner.
    I want this duplicated and cleaned to look profesional.
    PSD format.
    Needs to be done with an hour.
    Will pay $10.
    Should be very easy for a pro.
    I can not show the image until you agree to do the work as it must stay between us.
