WOW! You guys are making my decision really tough!

I am very happy with several of the images but I'll give a "last chance" callout before I post the winner. The winner will be posted at or before 4:00 PM EST, so if you have a last minute submission now is the time. I will check here often within the next 2 hours to announce the winner and runner up.

Here's where I'm at now. Watari's recent submission (the one on the right) displays near perfect blending. I love how the stems and ends of the bananas are kept intact. But they're not single bills, so I can't accept the submission as a finalist the way it is now.

TGriff and Callista - excellent work. You're not making my decision any easier! TGriff - the 3rd banana down has the 100 and Ben mirrored backwards, which threw me off at first. I kept thinking something just wasn't right and then I saw "Backwards Ben"

If there is someone that can do what Watari did but with single bills on each banana, the winner will be immediately announced.

I understand it's no easy task to do what I'm requesting, which is exactly why I put the contest out there. I surely can't do anything near as well as you guys.

Alright folks, I have made my decision. Before I announce, (I know you're skipping right past this statement to see who won so I could use this space to say just about anything...like monkeys grow on trees or the sky is made up of cotton and you wouldn't even notice - lol!) I want to thank each and every one of you experts for your submissions. I will definitely do this again with other cRaZy projects I have in my twisted brain.

Without further ado:

First Place: TGriff's latest submission. Beautiful work! Your blending is beautiful and the color is "just right" to me.

Second Place: Callistas Designs latest submission. Awesome stuff! It was a tough decision between you and TGriff.

Honorable mentions: a) watari - nicely done, but the bills are a bit stretchy. I'm sure if you had more time you could nail it. b) Mijamoto - nicely done, but doesn't have single bills. c) IM3D - lol! That's pretty cool d) PFTH - keep working it buddy, you'll get there soon!

As for the rest, you do great work indeed and your skills are on par and even superior to many professional graphic artists that I personally know and work with. I will be back with another contest soon so I hope you'll participate again.
