    The first and the third... I really don't know what mean, BUT the second one, it's pretty cool. I like the shades.

    they are good, but you need to add call to action like click here etc.

    Not bad, pretty good really. Although the second one doesn't look all that great to me, dunno why. Not very interesting I guess. But good work, keep it up.

    Maybe the reason why people are reacting negatively to the second one is because it looks a bit more plopped together than the fist and third. I'd say the first and third work really well to move your eye around the whole image (which is kinda the point with banner ads), while the second is just a bit of text placed on a sort of boring background.

    But really good job overall I'd say!
