Photoshop animated banner help - easy

    HI ,
    I am new to photoshop and am making an animated banner. I have done evrything and done the time for frames etccs. However after saving the banner as a gif file it shows too fast . in photoshop it displays correctly but when I click on save for web and I put the colors there to 256 then press on the banner play option it is also showing too fast.

    Can you please tell me what is wrong ?
