photoshop and dreamweaver cs3

Okay, so now that I have a new photoshop mockup for my site that I love, how do I turn this into a web page? For example, my website will constanly be updated with articles and information, etc. So since the homepage and some other pages will be dynamic, I normally would use a template in dreamweaver, and update what needs to be updated. For example, I only keep the latest 2 articles posted on my homepage.

Now with photoshop mockup, do I use this file, and create pages out of it thorugh photoshop, turn them into html and then upload it to the site (obviously not), or do I open up the html files created through photoshop in dreamweaver, and then create a template out of that with editable regions for my text area?

I would suppose the latter, except, when I try to add text, since photoshop is created a bunch of images based on slices, my slices begin to get out of proportion in dreamweaver and then the site isn't looking too good? How do I go about fixing this problem? How do I add text to my web design that I have through photoshop, and how do I put it all together through dreamweaver without changing the design and shifting images and slices around?

    Well, I mean this respectfully....

It sounds like you have a a long way to go yet. You can either pay someone to turn the PSD into a website for you, or you can learn the basics of HTML and CSS and learn to code (markup) it yourself. I would google 'basic html tutorials' to get started.

I agree with Ninjamuk; you need to know html to pull it off but to auto-update the pages you'll need to know some css. I suggest learning css as it's really handy and it gives you alot more freedom then html does.
    In my honest opinion anyway.
