Photoshop And CSS

    If I want to make a site without tables and use CSS do I still use Photoshop to make the website and then slice it like I would for a HTML table style template?

    Yes. I use slices but I only save the images, remember to optimize images using 'Save for Web' (ctrl alt shift s).
