Buying Photoshop an image

    Looking for someone that can put the face that is on image #2 onto image #1
    links to both images are on my signature
    I also need the text phrase that I included in the image to be included

    The cartoon image should be the background. You can reduce the cartoon image dimensions to keep the best quality.
