I am starting to put hotel reviews on my blog. I thought I would ad pictures of these properties to my blog. Then I realized I was posting pictures that included corporate logos. All the pictures are taken by me with my camera at a distance. The logos are not the main theme of the picture. Am I in violation of any copyright by doing what I have described. Thanks..

If you are using it for 'reviews', I don't think it will be a problem.

Using branded logos and names is a trademark, not copyright issue. What you are doing falls should fall under fair use which means you are okay. Just make sure you have the rights to the photos you are putting up and be clear that you are not associated with the hotels you are reviewing in any way.

Just make sure you don't piss off the wrong company. Their legal teams generally love doing this stuff.
