It's there cause I am still hosted by HawkHost, they have been excellent to me, but needed to upgrade and there plans were too much for my budget right now. I am still getting everything setup on my new VPS here, but support is very helpful and is now helping me reinstall a new OS from teh original install which is very good and helpful. Just sucks they don't have live support as I prefer direct 1 on 1 communication in realtime as it gets things done quicker, but we will see how fast ticket support is on weekday
PhotonVPS itself has been in business a little over a year, however our IT group has been in business since 1999. What do you mean its dedicated? We have several positive reviews here and on WHT.
