Website is still available. PM me, if interested. Quite a lot of work went into the site so that the future owner would get a return of investment, even if doing nothing, and much more than that if promoting it. This site obviously is a good deal. The domain itself has value greater than BIN, even with nothing on it! If you want to skinflint and lowball, look at other offers or check out Ebay.
