    anyone know why the pic doesnt appear next to my name on the msg???

    go to user CP > Edit Avatar(5th option is Left side) > Click on the browse and Select the pic location from you pc.

    and then just click Save changes. it will apear

    Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

    check you image size or dimension..try to put first small pic....
