Buying Photo Shop designer required to alter existing PSD (Start Now)

    Hi, I am looking for the services of a Photo Shop Designer that can edit a existing PSD to my Specification.
    The Designer must have good English and at least 2 years Photo Shop experience.

    I would like to begin work immediately, so please do not reply if you can not start now and at least 3 - 4 hours of work (Possibly More).

    PAYMENT MADE INSTANTLY ON COMPLETION VIA PAYPAL

    This will lead to more ongoing work if the price is right.
